Listen Live! is a TV project launched by Rustavi 2, Radio Fortuna and Georgian Film. It airs live performance of the Georgian bands you choose right from the Rustavi 2 studio, every day at 9:25 AM.

As one of the candidates, I’m starting a one-week shameless self-promotion in order to get you vote me For those already fooled into it, there are two ways to vote:

Online voting: register here, log in and mark Buddhuza as your selection. As I can see, you can do it several times from one computer, but only once a day with your e-mail account.

Paul of Indie Music Sampler hosted Everything Is Dancing on his show #130. It’s the second appearance on IMS, the first song featured was Only Thing I Know in January 2009.

Like many others, Paul had a problem pronouncing Buddhuza, so he asked me to send him audio recordings of friends saying my name, which I did.

Buddhuza is one of the two artists who won the first Ropeadope Sonicbids contest. His music was selected from 1000 demos Ropeadope reviewed from Sonicbids.

Launched in January of 2007, Ropeadope is a widely respected indie label that has worked with a long list of noteworthy artists including: Christian McBride (who played with Pat Metheny, John McLaughlin, and Chick Corea), Pat Martino, Charlie Hunter, Mike Gordon (from Phish), Ahmir “Questlove” Thompson (from The Roots), John Medeski, Robert Randolph, and Jeff Parker (from Tortoise).

Initiation in the Sublime was included in the April 9th show of the AFC Radio. The radio is a project of the Artistic Freedom Collective, a group of international artists who support and promote each other and includes members from throughout the world.

AFC Radio airs fantastic singer/songwriter, folk, blues, country, jazz and acoustic music and invites artists from all over the world to join the AFCollective Acoustic Network.
